History - CDU ESL Center
CDU ESL Center is an English as a Second Language school that caters to non- English speakers who improve their skills in using the English language.
In 2009, CDU ESL Center became an official affiliate language center with Cebu Doctors’ University through an MOA, registered in the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and acquired a Certification as a Registered Language Center from TESDA.
Cebu Doctors’ University runs five (5) affiliated Hospitals in Cebu and in the neighboring islands aiming to establish the best medical school within the region.
The university is one of the few universities to be written on the “World Directory of Medical Schools” , directory published by the World Health Organization (WHO), that grants the opportunity to take the US National Examination for Medical Practitioners.
Today, there are around 5,000 local and foreign students (Koreans, Japanese, Chinese etc.) taking classes in the university. With this, Cebu Doctors’ University is able to specialize and concentrate in the field of medical education making it one of the best not only in Cebu but in the entire Philippine archipelago.
